Here is the foreclosure list for Telluride and San Miguel County just released.  So where are the deals.  A property on Pacific Street with Debt at 1.45m is a solid buy with expansion possibilities.  This is also a part of town where real estate has been selling in the mid $700 to high $900 a square ft.

Another interesting property to watch is the Wizard Video building which has debt of 1.5m.  The building is historic but there is potential to develop a penthouse unit and have solid commercial space below.
