Am I Buying a House, or a Lawsuit?

Legitimate question to ask these days in buying a foreclosed home. With all the illegal practices going on in the foreclosure process, lawsuits are predictable. When a purchaser of a foreclosure home tries to gain possession of that home, they can expect legal action to be taken against them in the form of a lawsuit, along with suing the loan trustee, loan servicers, and lending institution.

Those issues don’t even include spiteful damage to the property.
