Here’s another public solution to the foreclosure crisis.  The City of Hollywood is looking to deal with the unoccupied REO properties and help citizens become homeowners.

A group of public officials and private citizens (many affiliated with community-based organizations) are taking bus tours of certain communities to decide what homes to purchase.  They’re calling  them “Hollywood Blight” tours.
