Spartanburg County June foreclosure sale cancelled
The Spartanburg County Master in Equity has cancelled the June 2009 foreclosure sale as a result of the Temporary Restraining Order issued by the South Carolina Supreme Court on May 4, 2009. According to the Master’s website, only one property will be sold on June 1 which involves a private contract for deed.
No word on whether other counties will follow suit.
